Leadership Team

Glen is the Founder, President, and Chairman of the Board of Envirosearch Limited which began in 1978. Glen’s early career included work at the Ontario Water Resources Commission after spending time in England as an Athlone Fellow at the University of London. His experience with the OWRC has helped Glen develop a deep understanding of various regulatory systems.

Glen has over 40 years of experience in environmental engineering, water resources, wastewater treatment, water supply operations and biosolids management.

As the President of Envirosearch Operations Inc. for over 20 years, Glen has guided its growth and success in water and wastewater operations.

After graduating from the University of Waterloo, Jennifer pursued her passion of helping people find balance in life by using a variety of resources to promote well-being. After leaving this position, Jennifer joined Envirosearch.

Jennifer’s experience developed as she learned many corporate and operational roles.  As Vice President of Business Logistics, she participates in client development, and oversees execution of the quality management system.

In the demanding utility sector, Jennifer provides the necessary foundation to achieving the corporate commitment to work-life balance, a component of which is the health and safety program.

Jennifer is a co-owner and her dedication, insight, and team approach has been instrumental in creating an environment built for success.

Patricia has over 20 years of experience in the design and operation of water and wastewater treatment systems. Patricia graduated from University of Waterloo and then Carleton University with a Master of Civil Engineering, specializing in biological treatment systems.

After joining Envirosearch, Patricia went on to obtain advanced operator licenses in water and wastewater treatment.  Through significant field experience, she developed the operations and design philosophy that systems must be designed to meet the requirements of not only theory but also of reality.

Patricia is a co-owner and leads the operations team. Her responsibilities include overseeing the Engineering and Operations teams, and managing the day-to-day facility operations and the field staff.

Kathy has over 30 years experience in accounting and finance, including 17 years leading the financial team at Envirosearch Operations Inc. One of Kathy’s core beliefs is the that life should be lived with integrity.  With this core belief, Kathy has developed the Envirosearch financial system to ensure that all clients can have confidence in the financial aspects of system operations.
