Leadership Team

Patricia graduated from the University of Waterloo and then from Carleton University with a Master of Civil Engineering, specializing in biological treatment systems. Patricia has over 20 years of experience in the design and operation of water and wastewater treatment systems.

After joining Envirosearch, Patricia went on to obtain advanced operator licenses in water and wastewater treatment.  Through significant operating experience, she developed the operations and design philosophy that systems must be devised to meet the requirements of not only theory but also of reality.

In 2023, Patricia became President of Envirosearch Operations Inc., as Glen moved to Chairman of the Board. Patricia endeavors to lead by focusing on empowering the team to achieve professional excellence.

Glen is the Chairman of the Board of Envirosearch Operations Inc., Glen’s early career included work at the Ontario Water Resources Commission after spending time in England as an Athlone Fellow at the University of London. His experience with the OWRC has helped Glen develop a deep understanding of various regulatory systems.

Glen has over 50 years of experience in environmental engineering, water resources, wastewater treatment, water supply operations and biosolids management.

As the Founder of Envirosearch Operations Inc., Glen guided its growth and success in water and wastewater operations for over 20 years, creating a strong corporate culture to support the succession of the company to the next generation. 

After graduating from the University of Waterloo, Jennifer pursued her passion of well-being by addressing the needs of individuals with illness and disabling conditions as a means to psychological and physical health recovery. After joining the parent company in 1999, she has grown together with Envirosearch Operations Inc. by holding various corporate and operational roles.

As Vice President, Business Logistics, she participates in client and corporate development, along with supporting the day-to-day operations of the company.

Jennifer’s dedication, insight, and team approach has been instrumental in creating an environment built for success.

Kathy has over 35 years of experience in accounting and finance, including over 19 years leading the team at Envirosearch Operations Inc.

One of Kathy’s core beliefs is that life should be lived with integrity. With this fundamental value, Kathy has developed the financial system to ensure that all clients, vendors, and other stakeholders can have confidence in the established principles of fiscal operations.

Kathy’s devotion to Envirosearch Operations Inc., along with her expertise and willingness to share her knowledge has been influential in the development of her immediate team and others in the company.
